Do I need a paid Notion account?

For this Enhanced Analytics Edition, yes — use a paid Notion plan that supports multiple native chart views. If you use Notion Free or see chart upgrade warnings, use the included Free Plan Edition instead. Notion may change plan features in the future.

Can I rename or remove sections?

Yes. The workspace is meant to be customized for your business.

What are the example records?

Example records are included to show how the databases, relations, formulas, and views work together. Replace or delete them whenever you are ready to add your own business information.

Why are some fields connected?

Those are relations. They let you connect information instead of typing it repeatedly. For example, one product can be connected to its supplier, inventory, listings, content, launches, and orders.

What are the calculated fields?

Some fields use formulas:
