If your Notion account shows chart upgrade warnings, use the included Free Plan Edition instead. Notion controls plan features and may change availability over time.

Creative Business HQ is an organizational tool. Financial, inventory, customer, tax, goal, analytics, and business-management sections are provided to help you organize and visualize information. They are not accounting, tax, legal, medical, investment, or other professional advice.
Charts reflect the data you enter. They are organizational summaries, not audited financial statements or professional analysis.
Verify important deadlines. Dates for taxes, permits, insurance, shipping cutoffs, renewals, or legal obligations should be confirmed with the appropriate professional, agency, carrier, or provider.
Protect sensitive information. Do not store passwords, full payment-card details, banking credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information in the template. Use a reputable password manager or other appropriate secure system.
Third-party links and tools can change. Notion, Canva, Google Drive, marketplaces, AI tools, and other third-party services control their own pricing, features, policies, and availability.

Keep one untouched backup copy.
Before deleting databases, changing relations/formulas, or making major structural changes, duplicate a clean copy of your template. Deleting an example record is fine; deleting a system database or relation can break connected views.
